Jerome Deutsch

Jerome Deutsch is the Managing Director of U.S. Institutional Markets and the Regional Vice-President for Atlanta, GA; He joined ISA in 2013 as Regional Vice President. He has held FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses and has more than 25 years of experience in the investment advisory industry.

Prior to ISA, Mr. Deutsch worked for UBS Financial Services in New York, NY where he managed a wealth management team for four years. Prior to UBS, Mr. Deutsch held senior sales management positions at Citicorp, Fidelity Brokerage, Wells Fargo Brokerage, and Charles Schwab & Co.

Mr. Deutsch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and Master of Arts in Education from The George Washington University.

Garland Gay

Garland Gay is the Managing Director of Commodity Research and the Head of ISA’s Crude Oil and Natural Gas Trading Group; he assumed his current role in 2012. Garland spearheads ISA’s quantitative financial modeling for valuation of transportation and storage metrics for the world’s most demanded natural resources.

Prior to ISA, Garland was an energy trader with Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY) in Houston, Texas. While at Occidental, Garland consistently produced in the top 5% of his peers both as a natural gas trader and as a wholesale term power broker.

Garland is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (B.S.) with a degree in engineering, and the Jones Graduate School of Management of Rice University (M.B.A).

Angelique Geehan

Angelique Geehan joined Index Strategy Advisors in 2012 as a shareholder and Managing Director. She has held Series 6, 63, and 7 licenses and has more than 15 years of experience in the communications field, most recently as a scientific editor at the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Angelique is a graduate of Rice University and holds a FINRA Series 65 license.

Mark Keramidas

Mark Keramidas joined Index Strategy Advisors in 2013 as a Regional Vice-President in Atlanta, Georgia. After demonstrating his ability to execute ISA’s sales model and provide leadership, he was promoted to Managing Director, U.S. Advisory Services. Mr. Keramidas is responsible for leading ISA’s national advisory team in the delivery of exceptional service and customized investment solutions. He holds a FINRA 65 securities license, and draws from an extensive background including both retail and wholesale positions in the financial services industry. Mr. Keramidas is a member of The Southeastern Hedge Fund Association, and The Georgia Planned Giving Council.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Florida and holds a FINRA Series 65 license.

James McDonald

James is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Index Strategy Advisors, Inc. James led the design and programming of ISA’s global research platform which monitors the real-time transactions in over 1,100 indices covering 150 sectors across 46 countries, exposing risks and opportunities for clients on a 24×7 basis.

Prior to founding ISA, James was Head of Derivatives Trading and Research for Index Trend Reversal Strategies, LLC, where he developed algorithms to track price, volume and transaction structure changes across global financial markets.

James’s deployed investing algorithms have included time series analysis, statistics, economics, digital signal processing, reinforced learning algorithms, portfolio theory, statistics and applied mathematics. His systems have delivered rigorous, systematic and verifiable investment processes with low correlation, by design and delivery, to equities and other major asset classes.

Prior to his role with ITRS, James was Vice-President, and Director of Strategic Initiatives for the $12 billion Compass Bancshares Wealth Management Group (NYSE: CBSS) which was acquired by BBVA Group (NYSE: BBVA).

James is a graduate of Harvard University and holds a FINRA Series 65 license.

Perry Mossaed

Perry is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Global Portfolio Strategies of Index Strategy Advisors, Inc. Perry leads ISA’s analysis of global economic conditions and economic cycles and develops dynamic asset allocation methods to achieve consistently positive absolute returns that are non-correlated.

Mr. Mossaed is a graduate of the University of California at Davis (B.S.) with a degree in managerial economics, the Lucas Graduate School of Business of California State University at San Jose (M.B.A), and has completed all 3 levels of the CFA exam.

Wes Sims

Wes is the President of U.S. Advisory Services for Index Strategy Advisors, Inc. Wes Sims has over 15 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the fields of private equity and real estate investing and leads recruitment and training programs for ISA’s national network of investment advisors. Prior to joining the ISA ownership group in 2012, Wes was President of The Fusion Companies, a network of companies specializing in real estate development and green building which he co-founded in 2008.

Wes is a graduate of Whittier College (B.A.) with a degree in Business Administration.

Patrick Traverse

Patrick Traverse joined Index Strategy Advisors in 2013 as Regional Vice-President in Charleston, SC. He holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Prior to joining ISA, Mr. Traverse was a financial advisor at AspenCross Financial Group, a boutique financial advisory and investment management firm serving successful individuals, families, family and closely-held businesses in Westborough, MA. Traverse concluded a notable, 18-Year professional hockey career prior to transitioning to his current role as an investment advisor. Mr. Traverse played for the NHL’s Ottawa Senators, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens, and Dallas Stars.

Patrick holds a Business Science bachelor degree from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Connecticut.
